Inter-Manufacturing Synergies has been built brick by brick on the foundation of care and innovation. We were former supervisors and managers of Marsman Laboratories Incorporated. When the company closed, we established IMS in 1997, for we have seen the lack of secondary re-packing for medical products in the market. We started as a contractor packing materials for baby products, cosmetics, and consumer goods. At that time, the Philippines massively imported pharmaceutical products. Hence, we decided to disrupt the pharmaceutical industry in the country.

With our tenacity and vision to become the leading provider of end-to-end manufacturing needs, we strive to certify and accredit our processes and facilities to meet the highest quality standards. In the same year, we were granted by the Bureau of Food and Drugs (BFAD) a License to Operate as a drug repacker.

• February 28, 1997- Marsman Laboratories Inc, where the founders were employed, closed its operations
• March 3, 1997- The former managers and supervisors of Marsman Laboratories started IMS operations as a contract toll packer of baby products, cosmetics, and consumer goods.
• September 5, 1997- The Bureau of Food and Drugs (BFAD) granted IMS its License to Operate as drug re-packer.
• Present- IMS caters numerous clients for drug, food,cosmetics, and medical device re-packing, warehouse, and allocation.
